Complete each of the following for time:
  1. 500m row, 50 KBS (53/35#)
  2. 400m run, 40 wall balls (20/14# to 10/9′)
  3. 30 burpees, 30 hang power cleans (115/75#)
Felt so tired today. I started with 30 burpees and 15 HPC (95#), then did the 500m row and 30 kbs - then stopped. Ugh, could not breathe at all and I hate Fridays.
